Who we are
Atomic Windmill is the controller of the personal information described in this notice. Questions, requests and privacy concerns can be sent to info@atomicwindmill.com.
Newsletter subscriptions
When you join our newsletter, we collect your name, email address and the time you gave consent. We use this information only to send Atomic Windmill release announcements, development news and related updates that you asked to receive.
After signup, we send a confirmation link that expires after 24 hours. Your subscription becomes active only after you use that link.
We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe option in an email or contacting us.
To protect the form from abuse, we temporarily retain one-way identifiers derived from the submitting network address and email address. These rate-limit records are automatically removed after approximately two hours. Unconfirmed signup details expire after 24 hours.
Contact and technical information
If you email us, we receive the information you include and use it to answer your message. Like most hosting services, our web server may also create short-lived security and access logs containing technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access.
Who handles the information
We use service providers where needed to host the website and database, deliver email through Mailgun and, only with your consent, provide analytics. They may process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations. Mailgun and Google may process information outside the UK using their applicable transfer safeguards.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or where necessary to protect the website, our rights or other people.
How long we keep it
Confirmed newsletter details are kept while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we will stop marketing and delete or retain only the minimum information needed to respect your choice and meet legal obligations. Email correspondence and server logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security and administration.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or an objection to how it is used. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time without affecting earlier processing.
